Can I try it for free?
Yes! You can test one custom domain completely free. When you're ready to add more domains, you can start a 7-day free trial with your credit card. The trial gives you full access to all features and as many domains as you need.
Do you offer self-hosted version?

Can you help us implement custom domains system on our own servers?
Yes, we offer on-premises package and have extensive experience running it for companies in their own cloud. Contact us at sales@saascustomdomains.com for more information.
How do you generate TLS certificates?
We use Let's Encrypt and ZeroSSL to generate certificates.
What are the rate limits?
There are no rate limits.

Can I use Cloudflare with SaaS Custom Domains?
Yes, we call this feature SaaS Custom Domain Shield. With Shield, you can use Cloudflare for DDoS protection, CDN and security, and SaaS Custom Domains for custom domains.
Will I have to change the code of my SaaS app?
It depends on your use-case. You may need to change your code a bit. But, usually it's a quick change and we can help you with that.
Where are the TLS certificates for my custom domains stored?
They are safely stored in Amazon's durable distributed file storage.
Can my users point their CNAME to my domain instead of in.saascustomdomains.com?
Yes, point a CNAME on your own domain, e.g. in.myapp.com to in.saascustomdomains.com, and ask your users to point their CNAME to in.myapp.com.

Where are you servers located?
Our servers run on all continents. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS).
How do you ensure high availability and reliability?
The service is distributed across multiple regions. Incoming traffic is first routed to the closest entry-point to our private network, and then travels to the closest healthy server. Using the private network keeps packet loss, jitter, and latency consistently low, even when the Internet is congested. In case of a server or a region experiencing issues, the traffic is routed to the closest healthy region.
Do you charge extra for bandwidth?
No, we do not charge extra for bandwidth.
